The IEBF Token
Our ‘IEBF tokens’ are the main medium that enables us to provide the ‘LT2E’ (‘Learn & Teach To Earn’) and ‘G2E’ (‘Guide To Earn’ – planned for later stages) platforms. As explained in our book, thanks to the blockchain technology, utilizing tokens as rewards is no longer a perk reserved for giant corporations. We will be able to list our tokens on more exchanges in the coming months and years, and build a strong token economy, as our community grows and gains more publicity!

The pandemic pushed us to embrace the much needed changes and break out of our comfort zones.
PARADIGM SHIFTS
Departing from the conventional notion of paying to learn and getting paid to teach, our model rewards BOTH the learners and teachers who are engaged in our ‘individualized curricula.’ The ‘LT2E-Learn & Teach to Earn’ model will motivate many people to participate in our programs, resulting in bringing collective social benefits in the long run.
SOCIAL NETWORKING
We believe that teaching & learning online during and after the COVID-19 pandemic will entail new ways of forming and maintaining relationships. Participating in our LT2E ‘games’ is not only a way to gain knowledge and broaden persepctives but also a great way to expand social networks and form friendships, in ways that are unavailable in other SNSs.
SUPERB CONTENT
We encourage our ‘teachers’ to optimally utilize the excellent-quality contents from the established educational platforms like EdX, Coursera, MIT-Opencourseware, Kahn Academy, Udacity, Udemy, etc. There are also great educational postings on Youtube. Utilizing these enables many potential ‘teachers’ to participate in the ‘game’ without the burden of having to producing their own content.
DIVERSITY AND FLEXIBILITY
Imagination is the only limit in the breadth and depth of our curricula. Anyone who is minimally qualified to teach can serve as ‘teachers’, and anyone who is willing to learn can seek help as a ‘learner’. You ask for help in the most unlikely areas, and you will be surprised to find people who are capable and willing to teach in those areas. Also, with the flexibility that our ‘game’ offers, many with full-time jobs can participate.

We believe in the validity of the ideas that were championed by visionaries like Esther Duflo, Sal Khan, and the educators who pooled their efforts in offering Clemente Courses and Mass Humanities. When those who are capable of helping others are induced to do so, then everyone including themselves will benefit. We are deeply thankful for those visionaries who powerfully inspired us in conceiving and implementing our project.

ENGAGING
Our platforms offer enjoyable and captivating formats in online education by having “teachers” function as “facilitators” rather than as lecturers. This increases interactiveness and attentiveness of those involved in the process. We believe that the pandemic has made this kind of approach much more needed and valuable.
DESTIGMATIZING
Our efforts in utilizing the IEBF tokens in incentivizing people to get involved in learning and teaching will help the cryptocurrency market get rid of its stigma or negative stereotype held by some people that the market is highly speculative and sometimes even complete scams.
SOCIAL MESSAGE
We want to give the world a positive message that blockchain technologies can benefit not only the financial or IT sector but also more conventional areas like education and cultural industries. Although the potential is there, the crypto-world so far has mostly channeled its energy and resources to game-related fields. Our project will help the crypto market break out of that.
COMMUNITY
We aspire to form a community of learners and educators who form strong bonds through sharing values and meaningful experiences. Prolonged online interactions among people around the world through our platform can lead to forming a community that is much stronger than any SNS community whose members do not share such strong values and goals.

The Secret of Success
Although we credit ourselves for making the effort to render education more engaging for many, we believe that the ‘secret’ of our success lies in the very fact that learning and teaching are inherently enjoyable! ‘Conventions’ and ‘bureaucracy’ often stand in the way of people having the enjoyment they deserve, and we are breaking down these obstacles with the resources from the cryptocurrency market.
EVERYONE NEEDS TO LEARN
In this age of AI, no one is safe from the prospect of losing their place in the job market. Robo-taxis are actually being used in some cities around the world. Deep-learning systems are replacing people in some high-tech areas. Even highly educated people need refresher courses.
TEACHING IS LEARNIG
We clearly see the validity of the conventional wisdom that teaching is one of the best ways of learning. When you have to teach someone, you get the powerful motivation to get to understand what you have to teach. This is often more powerful than having to learn things for oneself.
TEACHING CAN BE FUN
Based on the experiences of our team members, we ‘know’ that teaching can be fun, especially when we don’t actually teach! When teachers ‘guide’ others in the learning processes and have chances to hear what ‘other teachers’ have to say, the experiences can indeed be uplifting for both the learners and teachers.
TEACHERS ARE COACHES
In this age of AI, teachers will increasingly have to take up the role of coaches, which means focusing a bit more on inspiring the learners, rather than conveying knowledge. Teachers in conventional settings do not have to be defensive about this because this can actually make their roles more significant in the process.
Our Team
Our team is blessed with a firm belief in the feasibility of our service models, especially the signature platform of “LT2E.” Our conviction is much stronger than those held by most people in ‘high-tech’ businesses because we “KNOW” the validity of our models based on our 30+ years (among our members combined) of experience in teaching, research, and consulting. The strong conviction we have about the inherently enjoyable aspects of guiding others while learning different topics ourselves, based on many years of actual experiences, is our biggest strength, one that cannot be replaced by any technology!
One day, we were discussing, if Axie Infinity and Sandbox are inducing such a powerful frenzy in so many people around the world, we should try to do something similar in education, especially for those who are not attracted to those kinds of games. Some might say, “playing internet games and education are fundamentally different.” But we say that they are not really ‘that’ different!
Similar ‘experiments’ were tried before by philanthropic educators and visionaries, but the results were not impressive because of the limited scope and resources involved. Our members strongly believe that, this time, the power of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technologies can make a huge difference, and thus we are optimistic about accomplishing our lofty goals!
We pride in ourselves for being a ‘globalized’ entity – Our members are from Korea, the U.S., and Nigeria! We are determined to expand the range of this diversity even more in the years to come!
